Cancel your subscription

Subscribed on the web: Cancel online in Account → Manage billing. We process your cancellation immediately, so you will not be charged for another renewal period. If you cancel during a paid period, you keep access through the end of that period. Cancel during a Monthly or Yearly free trial and you will not be charged when it ends; you keep access through its scheduled end. If you cannot access your account, email support@dangpayoff.com for a cancellation method that does not require account access.

Subscribed through Apple: Apple manages that subscription, so cancel it with Apple. On iPhone: Settings → Apple Account (your name at the top) → Subscriptions.

Get your plan on another browser

A subscription or Lifetime purchase made on the web belongs to your Dang! Payoff account, not to a browser or device. Sign in to the same account on another browser and your paid access is there. There is nothing to restore.

Restore purchases on iPhone

If you bought a plan through the App Store and the app does not show it, sign in to your Dang! Payoff account in the iPhone app, then:

  • On the plans screen: tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the screen.
  • If your Dashboard says Read-only: tap Restore.

Apple may ask you to sign in with your Apple Account. If the App Store has no purchase that is currently available to restore, the app says Nothing to restore. Restore is unavailable while account deletion is scheduled.

Export your data

On the web: Sign in on the web and open Account → Privacy & data → Export my data. Download everything Dang! Payoff stores for your account as Excel.

On iPhone: Open the Account tab → Privacy & data → Export my data. The app prepares one JSON file and opens the share sheet, so you can save it or send it. If the app has no Account tab, export on the web.

Some billing, security and legal records are kept separately — ask privacy@dangpayoff.com.

Delete your account

On the web: Sign in on the web and open Account → Privacy & data → Delete my account & data, then choose Schedule deletion.

On iPhone: Open the Account tab → Delete my account & data, then choose Schedule deletion. If you have not chosen a plan, tap Back (‹) at the top of the plans screen; Delete my account & data is on the next screen.

  • Deletion is scheduled, not immediate.
  • You can cancel within 7 days.
  • After the window it's permanent: your account, debts, payments, and cards are erased.
  • Once completed it cannot be undone.

Logging payments and changing your plan are unavailable while account deletion is scheduled. To keep your account, choose Cancel deletion before the scheduled date. On iPhone, tap Account deletion scheduled, then Cancel deletion.

  • Web subscription: Deleting your account also cancels your web subscription.
  • Apple subscription: Deleting your Dang! Payoff account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it with Apple.
